who is ripple?

Brendan is an experienced and passionate Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach committed to supporting your goals, your way.

My experience with the NDIS spans 10+ years and includes my own lived experience of mental health recovery. Discovering that a fulfilling life was attainable despite my condition laid the foundation of my personal and professional journey, inspiring me to partner with others in navigating their own path towards better wellbeing.

With a history of providing supports both face-to-face and virtually, collaborating with a wide range of service providers across the sector. More recently, I've specialised in working alongside culturally and linguistically diverse NDIS participants and families, advocating for inclusion that respects cultural values and preferences while breaking down barriers to service access.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of partnering with people living with a wide range of conditions including -Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, Schizophrenia, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delays, Anxiety and depressive disorders, Motor Neurone Disease, intellectual disabilities, vision and hearing impairments, and more. With ages ranging from 5 to 65.

Beyond this real-world experience, my formal qualifications include a Diploma in Community Services, Certificate IV in Mental Health, Certificate III in Disability. I regularly participate in NDIS capacity-building workshops and professional development to stay current with the evolving Scheme framework and emerging best practices.

As an independent service provider with a purposefully small caseload of participants, more focus is on you. Having previously worked within large organisations with high volumes of participants, I am truly motivated by the opportunity to provide more dedicated time and support to the participants in my circle.

That time is now, with ripple support.
